Pharma outserts are defined as all those small folded pieces that contain vital information for the end user and have been folded into small sizes and sewn into the outsert to remain small and closed, so they do not open during the packaging process when sewn in or when glued directly to the product container or bottle.   Why Choose AOQI for Folding Pharma Outserts? These machines handle different paper sizes while offering two Closure methods: 1、Closure with Glue Dots This method is ideal for large-format package inserts. Two or more dots prevent the leaflet from opening during production. Thanks to a special adhesive, the leaflet can be opened without damaging the packaging. 2、Closure with Labels In this method, one or two transparent or matte labels securely seal the leaflet, without fully wrapping it.Perforations are applied to the edge to allow the leaflet to open without tearing. This is also the preferred method for tamper-evident protection. Built-in Quality Control for Maximum Safety Our folding system are equipped with advanced inspection systems for each leaflet, ensuring manufacturing precision and safety.
