We currently offer two specialized pharmaceutical outserts folding production lines: the 480TS and 600TS series. These machines handle different paper sizes while offering two Closure methods:
1、Closure with Glue Dots
This method is ideal for large-format package inserts. Two or more dots prevent the leaflet from opening during production. Thanks to a special adhesive, the leaflet can be opened without damaging the packaging.
2、Closure with Labels
In this method, one or two transparent or matte labels securely seal the leaflet, without fully wrapping it.Perforations are applied to the edge to allow the leaflet to open without tearing. This is also the preferred method for tamper-evident protection.
